Chittaranjan College always encourages scientific outlook and research orientation of faculty and students. Chittaranjan college believes in creating research ambience in the campus. Keeping this in view several student seminars are organized within the departments where students get opportunity to represent their thoughts and develop their research skills.

The faculty members of different department are engaged in publication of original research articles in UGC CARE Listed journals and other peer reviewed, referred journals with high to moderate Impact Factor. Senior teachers of this college have written a number of books in their subject which have proved to be beneficial for students also.

Active participation of teachers as paper presenter, resource person and invited lecturer in several seminar/symposia and participation in several Refresher Course, Orientation Course, SWAYAM courses has enriched the faculty, department and the college.
